CityMerchLink

Two people. One platform. Zero logistics headaches.

Here's exactly how CityMerchLink connects local makers with local sellers — and how everyone gets paid.

The Cast

Vendor

The maker. The craftsperson. The local producer.

The seller. The community org. The brand with an audience.

05

Get paid automatically

Every sale splits the payment between you and your vendor instantly. No chasing, no invoicing.

The part nobody has to think about (but should know)

When a customer completes an order, CityMerchLink automatically splits the payment: the vendor gets their cut for production, the client gets their markup, and a small platform fee covers processing. Every party gets an email notification. Fulfillment status updates flow back to the client's dashboard in real time.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe Connect and their 3.4% + 50¢ fee. The platform fee is a flat $1.00 + 0.5% per order, which covers payment processing for everyone involved.
